In 2017 Nicole quickly realized the need for professional, reliable cleaners in Parry Sound and surrounding areas. After speaking with an experienced local house cleaner she decided to start her own cleaning business with the help of her best friend Katie. Our first referral was a client with many connections and contacts and our business quickly grew from there. Another amazing connection was a fantastic cottage rental company that reached out to us and we have grown exponentially over the last 5 years, perfecting our cleans and adding personal touches along the way.

We want our clients to come home to their cottage or walk into their business knowing that they can count on us and they can truly relax and spend their time on what is most important to them.

Nicole DeLuca

Nicole grew up in Aurora and gained 20+ years of experience as an office/project manager. In 2017 Nicole moved to Parry Sound and started doing bookkeeping for a cottage rental management company in the Port Carling area and substituted for the NNDSB as a secretary and a librarian. With Nicoles years of office experience and expertise she is an asset to the company ensuring that all the necessary paperwork, scheduling and certifications are up to date. Nicoles time management, scheduling and making sure every last detail is taken care of makes sure the business runs smoothly and she takes pride in making sure that all our clients feel as important as they are. Her compassion & care for our clients makes them feel like part of the family, always making sure the clients concerns are at ease.

Katie Warren

Katie grew up in the small town of Bolton and spent her childhood and early adult years competing and working in the horse industry and completing her Business Marketing program at Humber College. From the beginning Katie has been disciplined in time management and making sure the fine details are not missed. Before moving to Seguin in 2017 Katie spent 4 years working with contractors learning trades and working in renovations. Although this was not what she wanted to do, the experience gave her a keen eye for the tiny details needed to complete each post renovation to perfection. Katie is a perfectionist when it comes to details in your home and will make sure your home, business or cottage is left just how you like it.


Haily has worked with M2K since the beginning of March 2018, shortly after graduating highschool. She was our first employee and has been a major asset since day one. With zero training previously we were able to train her to our high standards quickly as she hadn’t learned any bad habits yet. Haily is a hard worker and never says no to a clean, she is incredibly punctual and willing to go the extra mile to help us ensure the highest quality at all cleans. She is currently completing her second year at college for Early Childhood Education and we are hoping to entice her to continue working with M2K during the high season after school is done.


Cally joined our team in the Summer of 2018 and comes with 6 years of experience in the cleaning industry. She is an asset to our company with her detailed cleaning skills, experience and friendly personality (clients love to chat with her.) While bathrooms are where she shines, she is trained in all areas and clients love her added pizazz in all the rooms she touches.


Ryan started working as a landscaper and mason and knows how to work hard and never complain. We were lucky enough to get him to join our team on his off season and convince him to stay. He is particular about everything he does from loading and unloading the car and ensuring all supplies are accounted for, to cleaning a spectacular kitchen, he is definitely an asset to our team. Ryan never complains and is always willing to help where some may call him a little OCD, we call him exactly what we’re looking for.
